Urbi is a Mexican housing development company founded in 1981 within a framework of strategic planning and with a long-term vision. The company is vertically integrated and diversified; its operations are concentrated mainly in the segments of low-income and social housing, although it also participates in the residential housing segment.<\/p>\n

Throughout our history, we have developed more than 430,000 homes. That allowed us be recognized as one of the companies with the best operating margins in the industry and the highest value perceived by our customers. We currently maintain operations in medium-sized cities located in the most economically dynamic municipalities in Mexico, including the regions and metropolitan areas with the greatest economic dynamism: Valle de M\u00e9xico, El Baj\u00edo, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Tijuana.<\/p>\n

Urbi’s mission is to be the leading company of products and services for the development of sustainable communities, able to fully satisfy its customers and generate value for its people, investors and partners.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, Urbi shares are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) with the ticker symbol “URBI*”.<\/p>\n
