Cuauhtémoc Pérez Román**

Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and founding partner of Urbi. Mr. Pérez Román was president of CANADEVI, president of the National Chamber of the Construction Industry of Baja California, president of the Business Coordinating Council of Mexicali, B.C., and National Director of BBVA Bancomer, among others. He is currently a regional advisor to Banco de México and a member of the Advisory Councils of CANADEVI and Grupo Salinas. Mr. Pérez Román is an architect from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, with studies in Business Administration from the same institution.
