Netzahualcóyotl Pérez Román

Director of Land Divestments, Real Estate Projects and Non-Strategic Assets (Line B), member of the Board of Directors and founding partner of Urbi. Mr. Pérez Román served as President of the Housing Commission of the Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks, A.C. He is currently a member of the Instituto Educativo del Noroeste, A.C. (IENAC), sponsor of the Center for Technical and Higher Education (CETYS University). Mr. Pérez Román obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and public accounting from the Center for Technical and Higher Education with honors, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey (ITESM).
